Overview

A photo from the railing only tells one part of the story. This Niagara Falls guided tour gives you three: the view from 775 feet up the Skylon Tower, the boardwalk at the water's edge with a local guide, and the tunnels that take you behind the falls themselves. Pre-reserved tickets and a poncho mean you just show up.

  • Ride to the Skylon Tower deck for the Canadian and American Falls from 775 feet
  • Step into the 2025 Daredevils Exhibit and see the real barrels that went over
  • Walk the boardwalk with a guide, from Queen Victoria Place to the Illumination Tower
  • Skip the line at Journey Behind the Falls and stand feet from the crashing water
  • Stay dry with a poncho and let your guide handle every ticket

What to expect

The Skylon Tower: Niagara from 775 feet

You'll start at the top, riding the Skylon Tower to a deck 775 feet above the falls. From here both the Canadian and American Falls open out below, with the Niagara River winding away and, on a clear day, the Toronto skyline on the horizon. Your guide points out the landmarks and the engineering that shaped the whole gorge.

Daredevils and the walk to the water

Back at ground level, the 2025 Daredevils Exhibit tells the stories of the people who went over the falls, with the real barrels they used on display. Then you'll walk about a kilometer of boardwalk with your guide, past Queen Victoria Place and its royal ties and the Illumination Tower that lights the falls each night. The stories, including how Niagara made its name for ice wine, fill the walk between photo stops.
