What to expect
The Jewel House: yours before the crowd arrives
Your guide walks the group straight to the Jewel House the moment the gates open, ahead of the general queue still forming outside. Inside, you'll see the Crown Jewels, including the Sovereign's Sceptre and the Imperial State Crown, with room to actually look instead of being swept past. By 9:30, most other visitors are still waiting to get in.
The Execution Site & Bloody Tower: the princes who vanished
From there, head to the old execution site on Tower Green and the Bloody Tower, where your guide tells the story of the two young princes who disappeared inside its walls in 1483 and were never seen again. You'll get ten minutes of free time inside the Bloody Tower to take in the story on your own before moving on.
“Most groups reach the Jewel House after the crowds already have. Mine are usually walking out while everyone else is still walking in.”
John,

“I wanted one tour where the guide could actually answer a question mid-armoury instead of shouting it over twenty other people.”
